How Schuyler House Technical Support Works
When you call Schuyler House Technical Support on our toll-free hotline during regular business hours, an automated attendant will answer and provide you with a couple of convenient options. You can simply press “1″ to be forwarded to the first available representative, or if you know the extension of the person you are attempting to reach you can enter it (or you can simply stay on the line and the call will be forwarded). If all of our representatives are currently assisting other customers, you again have two options. You can either opt to hold until an operator becomes available, or press “1″ to leave a message for a representative to call you back when available. We encourage our customers to simply leave us a message so they aren’t inconvenienced by waiting on hold, call-backs usually require less than 20-minutes on average. We always strive to provide our customers wit the very best customer service possible, and take pride in our prompt responses.
When you call Schuyler House Technical Support on our toll-free hotline number after hours, an auto-attendant will answer and again offer you two options. If you have a question or would like assistance via a call during normal business hours, you can press “0″ and leave a message to have a representative call you back at the first opportunity during our normal operating hours. If you have an emergency, and require immediate assistance, you can press “1″ and leave a message to have our On-Call representative call you back immediately. All emergency call-backs are normally expected to be made in less than 20-minutes, so you can be assured that you will have the assistance you need when it counts.
